Artwork Requirements

Read this page before uploading your files. Incorrect files result in order cancellation with store credit — no refunds are issued on custom transfers.

Accepted File Format

We accept PNG files only. Do not submit JPG, PDF, SVG, or any other format. PNG is required to preserve transparency and color accuracy.

Minimum Resolution

250 DPI minimum — 300 DPI recommended.

  • Files below 250 DPI will likely not print clearly and may be cancelled.
  • We print your file exactly as submitted — we do not upscale or sharpen low-resolution images.
  • If you use an online DPI converter, verify your image dimensions after conversion. Many online converters reduce the physical size of your image, which changes how it will print. Always confirm the dimensions are correct after converting.

Transparent Background

Your artwork must have a transparent background. Do not submit files with a white, black, or colored background unless the background color is intentionally part of your design.

  • Transparent areas will not be printed — only your artwork will transfer.
  • If your file has a background color that is not part of your design, that color will print and show on the final transfer.

Artwork Must Not Be Mirrored

Do not mirror or reverse your artwork. Submit your design reading correctly (left to right) as you want it to appear on the finished garment. Our production process handles the transfer orientation — if you submit a mirrored file, the final print will be reversed.

Sizing

We print your image at the exact dimensions of the file you submit. We do not resize artwork.

  • Set your canvas to the exact print size you want before uploading.
  • If your file is 4" × 4" at 300 DPI, it will print at 4" × 4".
  • You receive your order as a roll — images are not individually cut. You are responsible for cutting your transfers.

Color Accuracy

We print exactly what is in your file. We do not adjust, correct, or alter colors.

  • Design in RGB color mode for best screen-to-print accuracy with DTF printing.
  • We cannot match Pantone or custom color standards.
  • Screen colors vary by monitor calibration — slight variation between what you see on screen and the printed transfer is normal.
  • We are not responsible for color output on files submitted with incorrect color modes or low-quality color profiles.

Line Thickness & Fine Details

⚠️ Merchant confirmation needed: Minimum line thickness and fine-detail limits depend on your production equipment and supplier specifications. Please confirm your minimum line thickness requirement so we can add the exact value here. Until confirmed, follow this general guideline: avoid lines thinner than what is clearly visible at 100% zoom at your target print size.

Pre-Upload File Checklist

Before uploading, confirm all of the following:

  • ✅ File format is PNG
  • ✅ Resolution is 250 DPI or higher (300 DPI recommended)
  • ✅ Background is transparent
  • ✅ Artwork is not mirrored or reversed
  • ✅ Canvas dimensions match your intended print size exactly
  • ✅ If you used a DPI converter, your image dimensions are still correct
  • ✅ Colors are set to RGB mode
  • ✅ You have reviewed your file at 100% zoom to check for pixelation or thin lines

All sales are final on custom transfers. Orders with incorrect files are cancelled and a store credit is issued for repurchase. We print in the quality that files are submitted — we are not responsible for low-quality or incorrectly formatted images.
